Pashmina (Himalayan Cashmere) is considered to be the world's best cashmere and most luxurious fabric. It is finely cultivated from the underbelly of a rare breed of mountain goat known as "Carpa Hircus". These goats are found only at regions elevated at 14,500 feet above sea level. Our Himalayan Cashmere shawls are woven in traditional handlooms by experienced local craftsmen in Kathmandu.
