TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Payment: We accept Master Card and Visa for online orders. Payments are processed through PayPal. Payment is due when order is placed with the exception of special orders. Please refer to the special order payment policy below.
2. Special Orders: All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Special orders are non-returnable and non-cancelable. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
3. Sales Tax: 8.25% sales tax will be added to orders shipping to a destination in California.
4. Returns: i) Special orders are not returnable or cancelable. ii) Returns are ONLY accepted with prior approval. Returns must be made within 10 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be in their original package with tags and "unused." Return of "used, damaged or worn" merchandise will not be accepted and refund will not be given. Please refer to our shipping policy.
5. Shipping: Orders are shipped FOB Pleasant Hill, California. All shipping charges are billed to customer. We ship FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with returning merchandise in ORIGINAL condition to YETI's Imports. Merchandise that is in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
6. Product Variations: Please allow slight variances in colors and designs as most of our products are individually handmade and/or hand-dyed.
